As the Director - Talent Management at Eduserve Consulting, Dorairajan is responsible for leading and managing the domain as well as integrating and evolving its strategy and service capabilities . Among his many accomplishments, Dorairajan holds the distinction of working on several HR Change Management strategies in setting up Process Manuals, Compensation Management, Quality (ISO 9000-2000) for HR processes, Performance Management and variable pay rewards systems, Training and Development in soft skills and Recruitment initiatives. A post-graduate in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, with Masters in Commerce and Degree in Law, Dorairajan has over 3 decades of experience in corporate HR strategy planning. He is also a certified ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 19011-2002 Auditor and also stands in as Management Representative (MR) for various audits and process controls encompassing various ISO activities with special thrust on Marketing.. Prior to Eduserve Consulting, Dorairajan was General Manager - Human Resources with a Healthcare equipment manufacturing and trading Company. Before that, he was with Indian Online Network Limited, The British Council (D/o of The British High Commission) and Usha International Limited in senior positions in Resources encompassing Human Resources, Facilities and Finance. Dorairajan began his career at Bluestar Limited. |
