As the President of and Managing Director at EduServe Consulting & Technologies Private Limited, Krishnamurthy is responsible for leading and managing the company, as well as integrating and evolving its strategy and service capabilities. Among his many accomplishments, Krishnamurthy holds the distinction of working on special enterprise-wide projects to create future vision and strategy for two leading advertising companies. Apart from spearheading budgetary control, financial accounting and MIS. And structuring and negotiating transactions with banks /financial institutions for working capital, limit extension procedures and long term funding.

A post-graduate in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Krishnamurthy has over 2 decades of experience in corporate finance and strategy planning, in a career that began with Tata Consultancy Services.

Prior to setting up EduServe Consulting & Technologies Private Limited, Krishnamurthy was Finance Controller with a group of educational institutions. Before that, he was with Ogilvy and Mather Advertising, Grey Worldwide and ABCL / Mudra JV, at various senior level posts.
